How does the coin system work?↓
Each page costs 100 coins — flat, predictable, no bulk-tier math to worry about. A 4-page short comic burns 400 coins. A 10-page medium comic burns 1,000 coins. A 20-page long comic burns 2,000 coins. Coins reset monthly on your billing date. Unused coins don't roll over.
Is there a free plan?↓
Partly, and the line is worth stating plainly. There is a free preview: on pages like the AI comic generator and text to comic you can generate a cover and a first page from your own story with no account and no card, rate-limited per visitor. What there is not is a free ongoing plan — past that preview, generation burns coins, and coins come with a monthly subscription (Starter $9.99, Plus $24.99, Pro $59.99). Creating an account is also free and lets you save characters and drafts before you choose a plan. We do not offer unlimited free generation because the compute behind it is a real cost and open-ended free tiers on generative AI get abused quickly.
Can I cancel anytime?↓
Yes. All plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between Starter, Plus, and Pro?↓
The main difference is coins per month — which determines how many comics you can generate. Starter (2,000 coins) is ideal for occasional creators. Plus (7,000 coins) suits regular creators. Pro (20,000 coins) is for studios, heavy users, or anyone running multiple projects monthly. All plans include all art styles, all languages, and PDF export.
Can I buy extra coins?↓
Yes. If you're on a subscription and need more coins before your next renewal, you can buy a top-up pack at the flat 100-coins-per-page rate: Mini (1,200 coins = 12 pages, $4.99), Small (3,000 coins = 30 pages, $9.99), Standard (7,000 coins = 70 pages, $19.99), Mega (18,000 coins = 180 pages, $39.99), or Ultra (55,000 coins = 550 pages, $99.99). Mega requires a Plus or Pro subscription; Ultra requires Pro. Coin packs are an add-on to a plan, not a replacement — and the coins never expire.
